One of the first two Chargers delivered to Barrington Police, Car 98 marked the first change to the department's paint scheme for several years. Originally assigned as Car 2, it also served as a detail car, marked first as Car 7 and then as Car 98. Several of the Chargers were damaged when a tree fell on them in the back lot during a storm. Parts and pieces from several of the cars were taken to repair this unit, which served for several years before being retired. Here it is, sitting in the back lot of the station.
